How does your pricing work?+
Our pricing is proposal-based and customized for each practice based on volume, specialty, and services required. We don't list pricing on our website — contact us for a personalized quote. There are no hidden fees.
How long does onboarding take?+
Most practices are fully onboarded within 5-10 business days. Our 6-step process covers discovery, analysis, system integration, team assignment, go-live, and ongoing optimization — with zero disruption to your operations.
What EHR systems do you integrate with?+
We integrate with all major EHR/EMR systems including eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, NextGen, Athena Health, CareCloud, EPIC, and 150+ other platforms through custom HL7 and FHIR connections.
Is ClaimCure HIPAA compliant?+

What is your clean claim rate?+
We maintain a 98% first-pass clean claim rate across our client base. This means 98 out of every 100 claims we submit are accepted by payers on the first submission without requiring rework or resubmission.
What specialties do you cover?+

What is a Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA)?+
A VMA is a HIPAA-trained remote healthcare professional who handles non-clinical admin tasks — scheduling, eligibility verification, prior auth follow-up, EHR data entry, and more. They work your hours, in your timezone, with your existing EHR system.
