SMS / Text Message Terms

These SMS Terms govern your use of text message communications with Claim Cure Billing LLC (“ClaimCure”) and supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Required under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

1. SMS Program Description

ClaimCure may send transactional text messages to phone numbers provided to us, including but not limited to:

  • Appointment and consultation confirmations
  • Billing inquiry responses
  • Service update notifications
  • Consultation follow-ups
  • Claim status alerts (for clients with active service agreements)
  • Communications related to your free consultation request

2. How to Opt In

By submitting our contact form and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive text messages from ClaimCure at the phone number provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchase of any ClaimCure services. Consent must be explicit — there are no buried checkboxes or pre-checked boxes.

You may also opt in by texting a keyword to our number or providing written consent during onboarding for active service agreements.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with ClaimCure. You may receive:

  • Inquiry/lead messages: Up to 5 messages per month
  • Active client messages: Up to 10 messages per month depending on service engagement

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may be charged for each message sent or received. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your text messaging plan.

ClaimCure is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier for participating in our SMS program.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from ClaimCure at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe
  • You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out
  • No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in via our contact form or by texting START or UNSTOP

Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of other forms of communication (email, phone) unless you separately request to unsubscribe from those channels.

Our SMS program supports messaging on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to:

  • AT&T
  • Verizon
  • T-Mobile
  • Sprint
  • US Cellular
  • Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and other supported carriers

ClaimCure is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy & Data Use

Your mobile phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your number with:

  • Our SMS service provider (for the sole purpose of message delivery)
  • Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law

9. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age and have authority to provide consent for the phone number you submit. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.

10. Changes to These Terms

ClaimCure reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS to opted-in subscribers. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

ClaimCure reserves the right to terminate or suspend the SMS program at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate your participation in the SMS program if you abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or violate these Terms.
